Cats-Direct is a multilateral trading platform of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange Group. It provides an electronic infrastructure for trading financial instruments and is integrated into the existing system landscape of the group. The platform operates under the relevant supervisory oversight and in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.

The trading platform enables the structured execution of trading activities between authorized market participants. It supports various trade-related functions as well as the processing, storage, and provision of data relevant to trading. The design of the trading model allows for flexible use within the intended regulatory framework.

Trading on Cats-Direct takes place on exchange trading days within specified trading hours from 08:00 to 22:00. Various order types are available for order placement and management, allowing for differentiated control of trading activities.

In addition to the trading functionality, standalone applications are provided for administrative support of orders as well as for viewing and using market data. These applications support the operational use of the platform without themselves constituting trading venues.
